Which track and trace systems does Parkd support?
Parkd integrates with more than 25 track & trace providers in the Netherlands, so nothing has to be replaced or transferred. Is your track & trace not connected yet? Let us know and we'll open a partnership conversation with them.
Do we need to replace our existing system?
No. Parkd works on top of the track & trace you already use - you keep your system, we handle the parking side. Connecting takes less than five minutes and nothing is transferred or replaced.
Does the employee still need to start the session manually?
The employee gets a reminder as soon as they park in a paid zone. All they have to do is confirm it. Would you like parking sessions to be started and stopped fully automatically? That's possible, just get in touch with us.
What happens in areas with no paid parking zones?
There's nothing to worry about - if there's no paid zone, the employee doesn't get a notification or reminder either.
